About This Document

This is a report on the focus groups and experiments documenting the research progress to date (March 2003 - March 2004) in Phase I. The introduction section presents the major results from the literature review previously reported in Task 4-A. In this report, the focus group methodology, insights gained from the focus groups,  experimental method, and resultant experimental data are described and research needs are identified.
