Risk Management

Prepare for risks to deliver your BIL-funded project on task, on time, and on budget.

It is important to create a process to identify project risks and response strategies up front to effectively manage opportunities and threats to ensure successful project delivery. Learn how to recognize and prioritize project risks; assess likelihood, impact, and preparedness; communicate risks to project stakeholders; and construct an approach for managing risks.

Below is a collection of resources from across U.S. DOT relating to risk management.
