Risk Management
Find ways to identify and prepare for risks to your BIL-funded project.
It is important to create a process to identify project risks and response strategies up front to ensure successful project delivery. Learn how to recognize and prioritize project risks; assess likelihood, impact, and preparedness; communicate risks to project stakeholders; and construct an approach for managing risks. Preparing for risks early ensures you are equipped to effectively manage them and deliver your project on time, on task, and on budget.
