Phase I of the Alternative Transportation Feasibility Study of Mount Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest consisted of goal identification, data assessment, stakeholder meetings, and development of a statement of work for Phase II based on corridor and strategy prioritization.  The document shows the location of the study areas.
