About the Speaker

Headshot of U.S. Deputy Transportation Secretary Jeffrey A. Rosen.Rosen served as general counsel and senior policy advisor for the White House Office of Management and Budget from 2006 to 2009 and as general counsel at U.S. DOT from 2003 to 2006.

Before returning to U.S. DOT, Rosen had been a senior partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, with whom he has been associated for nearly 30 years.
