2018 Volpe Center Cybersecurity Conference & Expo
The 2018 Volpe Center Cybersecurity Conference and Expo brings together government and industry to focus on awareness of current cybersecurity threats, challenges, technologies, and best practices.
This event is open to staff from federal, tribal, and state agencies.
This year’s conference will be headlined by special agents from the Federal Bureau of Investigation to inform attendees on current cybersecurity threats.
Also joining us will be IBM’s Chief Cyber Evangelist, Westley McDuffie, who will raise awareness on foreign nation-state cyber activity, and Charles Sirois, Chief Security and Strategy Officer at Assurance Data Inc., host of Cyber Warfare Podcast, and creator of DataLeakTest.com, for a discussion on phishing.
Other speakers in this year’s lineup include Cylance and Palo Alto Networks. There will also be exhibit halls with participants from the Department of Homeland Security, Cisco, Fortinet, CDW-G, and others showcasing their products and services.
The conference consists of a security and risk-based technical program that will cover the following:
