2017 Volpe Center Cybersecurity Conference & Expo
Join us for our annual U.S. DOT Volpe Center Cybersecurity Conference & Expo. This event brings together government and industry to focus on security training, challenges, technologies, best practices, and lessons learned.
This event is open to staff from federal, tribal, and state agencies.
This year’s event will feature speakers from Microsoft, U.S. ICE Homeland Security Investigations, Assurance Data, and Copper River IT, who will demonstrate a live ransomware attack on an unprotected laptop.
Because of the positive feedback we received on last year’s speaker, IBM Chief Security Evangelist Westley McDuffie, we will be bringing McDuffie back to kick off the conference as the keynote speaker. There will also be exhibit halls with participants from Intel, Panasonic, CDW, and others showcasing their products and services.
