About the U.S. DOT Volpe Center's Library

Our library is the knowledge repository of all U.S. DOT Volpe Center staff-authored reports, journal articles, conference papers, and archives. Housing more than 50 years of transportation research, the library's collection includes more than 5,000 U.S. DOT Volpe Center-authored publications in U.S. DOT’s National Transportation Library, approximately 4,000 transportation reports in the physical collection, hundreds of books, and access to transportation-specific journals via U.S. DOT’s interlibrary lenders.
