GPS Interference Studies

GPS Interference and Jamming. The Volpe Center will conduct an investigation of GPS interference, jamming, and spoofing. The Center activities will consist of an assessment of the current status, a determination of the potential interference sources and Global Positioning System (GPS) receiver interference mechanisms, development of countermeasures, both for ground installations and avionics, and support to their operational implementation.
