In-house Mentoring Program
Early in 2000, Dr. Richard R. John announced the establishment of a reinvented Mentoring Program. The objective of the Pilot Mentoring Program is:
- To capture and disseminate the accumulated knowledge of the organization's technical and management leadership.
- To ensure an ongoing transfer of knowledge and experience of the more senior management and technical staff to the more junior personnel.
- To create learning partnerships within and across the organization.
