The Volpe Center analyzed vehicle air and noise emissions along the route of the newly introduced ParkLINK shuttle in the
Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area (Los Angeles County, California). This analysis provides the National Park Service with an air and noise baseline, in order to facilitate the evaluation of future transportation improvements in this area.
