Client-Sponsored Training User's Group (CTUG)
In keeping with the innovative spirit of the Volpe Center, the Client-Sponsored Training User's Group (CTUG) was started in 1992 as an informal, grass roots endeavor to foster excellence in state-of-the-art technology transfer as we explore the systematic study of transportation and logistics issues, methods, and theories in our projects.
