Transportation Finance Commission Findings and Recommendations
Tuesday, November 13, 2007 - Terry Regan lead a discussion about the recently released Massachusetts Transportation Finance Commission’s reports that estimated a funding gap of $15 to $19 billion over the next two decades and the Commission’s proposed recommendations to address the funding shortfall.

About Terry Regan: Terry Regan has worked at the Volpe Center since 2001 as a contractor on the CASE contract. At the Volpe Center, Terry oversees the ITS Peer-to-Peer Program and provides support for the Office of Surface Transportation.
Outside of the Volpe Center, Terry served as the staff to the Massachusetts Transportation Finance Commission for the past 2 ½ years. His work consisted of research and analysis to identify the long-term funding needs for each of the state’s transportation agencies.

Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
The Center embarked on its third round of customer satisfaction surveying in late 2005 – 2006. This CTUG presentation communicated the findings of these interviews as well as Volpe Center Next Steps.
About Marilyn Mullane: Marilyn Mullane received her BA in Biology from Clark University in 1975, followed by a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Northeastern University in 1983. She has been in her present position at the Volpe Center, Chief of the Management Systems Office, since 1993. Prior to this position, she spent 14 years in the acquisition field at both the General Services Administration and the Volpe Center.
