CTUG hosted a presentation on Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Capabilities and Representative Applications. The presenters were:

The presentation described what GIS is, GIS uses in the field of transportation, a sampling of how GIS has been used to support Volpe projects, and data availability and sources.


"Lights, Cameras, Volpe!": Using Video to Enhance Your Products, Services, and Presentations

CTUG and the Resource Planning and Management Analysis Division, DTS-25 hosted a presentation by Planners Collaborative Inc. Multimedia Services, "'Lights, Cameras, Volpe!': Using Video to Enhance Your Products, Services, and Presentations". Several Volpe staff members have used these technologies as part of their projects and won national awards. See samples of their work and learn some of their secrets!


Volpe Center Office Directors' CTUG Series

In the spirit of cross-organizational communication, Olive Lesueur and Sylvia Harris, CTUG, Steve Walkinshaw and Jack Krumm , NAGE, and Dr. Richard John, Director, Volpe Center, have collaborated to host an Office Directors' CTUG Series.
