Staff Biography

George Noel George J. Noel
B.S., Civil Engineering, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, 2003

Mr. Noel became a member of the Environmental Measurement and Modeling team in 2001 as a student trainee and became a full time member after earning his degree in December 2003.

After coming on full time Mr. Noel has participated in several projects which involve the measurement and analysis of particulate matter produced from aircraft engines. Mr. Noel is also experienced in emissions and dispersion models such as MOBILE, EDMS, AERMOD, ISC, CALINE. Mr. Noel has also conducted several analysis for Title I and Title V permitting required by the Clean Air Act as well as analysis required by National Environmental Protection Act (NEPA).
